Entertaining season is in full swing, and we’re going to teach you everything you need to know about pairing sparkling wine with cheese. What is the difference between Cava, Prosecco, and Champagne? What is the best bottle of bubbles to pair with my favorite brie? Learn everything you need to know to impress your foodie friends and family this holiday season!

Bar opens at 6pm and remains open after class for more sips and swirls.

Tickets include a flight of four wines and a cheese plate with four cheeses to pair, plus an hour long guided tasting. Tickets are non-refundable. Life happens - if something pops up, you are welcome to pass them on to a friend or family member. Ticket includes gratuity. If you are coming with a group, please purchase your tickets together in one transaction so we can make sure you’re seated together.
