Rush Creek Reserve. The cheese we wait for all year is finally here (well, soon). Andy Hatch of Uplands Cheese in Dodgeville, Wisconsin makes this incredibly seasonal, raw milk cheese when his herd of cows go from the lush green pasture of Wisconsin to hay in the fall. Something magical happens to the milk - it becomes richer, and the resulting cheese is PURE LUXURY. Rush Creek is a spruce-wrapped, spoonable, heaven-on-Earth kind of cheese with notes of cultured butter and earthy, savory, meaty flavors.Enjoy on the holiday table or a cozy date night in front of the fire. Or just a special moment with yourself. All cheeses are about twelve ounces of straight decadence.
Because of Rush Creek's extremely limited quantities and allocated nature, it's best to pre-order. The first batch arrives on 10/25 and we'll receive more over the next couple of months. We sell out early, get your orders in!
All cheeses will have at the very least a two week shelf life once picked up. For example, a cheese picked up the week of 12/20 will be great through the New Year. Feel free to pick up on or after your selected date.
Pick up available at The Rhined or Oakley Wines. Pick up location selected at checkout.
