BLINK 2024 is finally here!

Starting at 5pm - 10pm every night of BLINK, we’re serving wine and cocktails to go, walking charcuterie cups, Raclette sandwiches, and more. Add us to your must see checklist for Blink!
Nothing pairs better with an Oktoberfest beer than cheese! All weekend, we’re serving German cheeses, cold beer, and some German wines if you need a little break from all the beer.
For the adventurous Germanophiles, we’re celebrating German American heritage with “The Big Stinky”: Limburger, onions, mustard, and sauerkraut on rye bread.

Entertaining season is in full swing, and we’re going to teach you everything you need to know about pairing sparkling wine with cheese. What is the difference between Cava, Prosecco, and Champagne? What is the best bottle of bubbles to pair with my favorite brie? Learn everything you need to know to impress your foodie friends and family this holiday season!

Tickets include a flight of four wines and a cheese plate with four cheeses to pair, plus an hour long guided tasting. Tickets are non-refundable. What’s sake?
Sake is a rice wine! The foundations of sake are quality rice, clean water, koji mold and yeast. They are combined and fermented in precise processes that have been refined over the centuries. Typically filtered (although unfiltered products are also available), the resulting clear to slightly yellowish rice wines have an alcohol content of around 15 percent and relatively mild flavor profiles, ranging from light and crisp to richer, more substantial, fruity notes. Sake pairs well with almost any kind of food but compliments the delicate flavors of traditional Japanese meals particularly well – and wouldn’t ya know it, goes great with cheese!
We’ll be tasting and learning about 4 different sakes paired with 4 different cheeses.

Protect Choice Ohio is a non-partisan, grassroots network committed to protecting reproductive freedom in the state of Ohio. Our growing coalition of more than 2,200 Ohio doctors, allied medical professionals, business leaders, respected advocacy groups, and concerned individuals are committed to:
Ensuring that Ohioans have access to safe, legal, equitable, and comprehensive reproductive medical care including abortion
Enabling all people to make reproductive healthcare decisions free from government interference
Protect Choice Ohio was founded by the patient-focused advocacy group Ohio Physicians for Reproductive Rights (OPRR). OPRR established the Ohio Physicians for Reproductive Rights PAC to raise the funds needed to give the citizens of Ohio–like those in Kansas, Michigan, Kentucky, California, and Vermont–the opportunity to vote on a Constitutional Amendment that will protect reproductive freedom and abortion access.
Contributions to the Ohio Physicians for Reproductive Rights PAC will enable us to place a citizen-led initiative on the ballot as soon as possible.
More organizations join OPRR in the Protect Choice Ohio coalition every day. Together, coalition members will work to pass a ballot initiative to enshrine reproductive freedom and abortion rights in the Ohio Constitution in November 2023.
