Rhined Team Member Job Description
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a kind, reliable, and hard-working person to join our small and mighty team at The Rhined.
This role is hands-on and varied - no two days are exactly alike, but you can count on every day being a busy one. One day you might be guiding our retail customers through their selections at the cheese case, building Rhined cheese and charcuterie boards, serving wine and cheese flights, or making sandwiches. Another day you could be setting up a catering delivery, helping host a Bloom Room event, or working an offsite event.
Provide knowledgeable, welcoming service at the cheese case and retail counter.
Craft Rhined Boards, sandwiches, and cheese flights.
Serve wine by the glass and help guests discover new favorites.
Assist with catering: packing, delivering, and setting up for events.
Support Bloom Room events, from setup through service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting space for both guests and teammates.
Engage with guests in a warm, professional manner to answer questions, provide information, and support an exceptional level of hospitality.

You’re flexible - you’ll get to do a little bit of everything!
You have attention to detail
You have strong teamwork skills and willingness to jump in wherever needed
You have a driver’s license and are comfortable driving – we deliver!
You have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Schedule & Availability
32 - 40 hours per week
Full weekend and evening availability required
Pay & Benefits
$13/hour base + tips (average $22 - $25/hour)
4 sick days
