Wine and cheese culture may have come from European tradition, but American soil is rich with history of these crafts here. As we approach our nation’s birthday, celebrate with us as we learn about the beginnings of wine and cheese production in the good ole U S of A. In this class we will taste 4 wines of 4 American producers from different regions, and 4 cheeses from the best producers in the states.
