Biodynamic farmers view the Earth as a living being complete with cycles of breath. The solstice marks the transition between the Earth’s long exhalation (which began at the winter solstice) and inhalation (which ends at the winter solstice). If you ask us, the longest day of the year = more time to enjoy an extra glass of wine. Biodynamic farmers follow the lunar cycle to harvest, make, and bottle their wine. The wines are alive in bottle and continue their cycles with the moon. Join us for some extra sun light, 4 bio dynamic wines, and summer veggie-forward snacks by Chef Chris Hacker. We are excited to dive deep into what it means to make biodynamic wine, and how that translates into a glass.
