'Tis the season for sparkling wine! We will celebrate by tasting through a range of bubbles from all over the world. As you prep for the holidays, learn about the perfect bubbly to help you celebrate! The acidity, effervescence, and complexity of sparkling wines provide the perfect pairing for cheese, from rich triple cream indulgences to nutty, dense mountain cheeses. Leave with the knowledge you need to create the perfect cheese plate with wine pairings for all of your holiday gatherings! 4 sparkling wine + 4 cheeses, fun filled evening. *** We are going to be pouring some great, high end wines at this event including grower champagne!***

Bar opens at 6pm and remains open after class for more sips and swirls.

Tickets are non-refundable. Life happens - if something pops up, you are welcome to pass them on to a friend or family member.

Ticket includes gratuity. If you are coming with a group, please purchase your tickets together in one transaction so we can make sure you’re seated together.
